Katt Williams has had quite a rocky past, so it comes as a blessing that no one can use that against him in his next trial over an alleged assault on actress Jamila Majesty. Majesty sued him in 2016, claiming he was involved in Wiccan sorcery and was organizing an assault against her.

According to Bossip, Katt filed documents on June 28th pleading for the judge to ban any evidence, testimony or other lawsuits against him that are not related to the upcoming trial.

Majesty explained that when she arrived at Williams' home two years ago, five other women were already there. When she came back from the bathroom, Katt told her “no one uses [my] bathroom” and then the other women began aggressively punching her.

The actress endured the beatings for three hours, and even lost consciousness several times. Majesty claims she remembers seeing a book open that contained “teachings on sorcery and spells” and that the women were throwing “unusual things” into a fire.

Luckily, Majesty escaped around 1:30 a.m. but never called the police. She later sued for assault, battery, emotional distress and false imprisonment.

And while Majesty has a decent amount of evidence on her hands, Katt hopes the judge won't allow her to use his past scandals against him. Williams believes it is a "waste of time" that will only mislead the jury. At the end of the day, it doesn't really matter because there's a chance the jury might already know about his violent past.

All in all, this trial is going to be a mess and a half. What would you say if you were on the jury? Weigh in!
